Our Story
A love letter to Parisian café culture in the heart of Minnesota
We wanted to build a place where time slows down. Inspired by the quiet morning bistros of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, we designed our Prior Lake café to be a sanctuary of warm wood, soft light, and the unmistakable aroma of slow-dripping cold brew.
Every bean is sourced from local, independent midwestern roasters who share our obsession with origin and roast profile. We brew our signature cold brew for a full twenty-four hours, capturing a deep, velvety sweetness that requires no mask. Pair it with a croissant laminated by hand, and you have our perfect morning.
